The status of assigned documents can be viewed and edited from within the Training Track application. Documents will be automatically marked as complete when the employee verifies that they have reviewed the document in the Employee Portal. - Select Training Track from the Applications menu in the platform navigation bar
- Select Schedule from the Training Track navigation bar
- Select Assigned Documents from drop down list
- Select the desired documents using the check-boxes on the left, and
- Click the Schedule button to email a note to the selected employees
- Click the Delete button to cancel the assignment
- Click the Complete button in the upper-right to record the assignment
The list shows assigned documents by title, assignee, and due dates. You can sort the table by any column by hovering your mouse cursor over the desired column header and clicking the up or down arrow. Use the Assigned and Completed buttons in the bottom-left to switch between views of pending and completed document assignments.
