Navigate to the Document

- Select Resources from the Platform Navigation bar
- Select Risk Management Library
- Select the My Content title
- Find the document file to assign
- Depending on your organizational structure of My Content you may have to select folders to access the specific document
- Click on the document icon to open the Assign Document window
- Assign document by: Site or Employee
Assign by Site
- Enter the due date in the Due Date field or select the Calendar icon to populate date
- Select the site from the drop down
- If it is a recurring document click the Recurs Every box and enter the recurring information
- Click the Assign button to assign the document to the site
Assign by Employee
- Enter the due date in the Due Date field or select the Calendar icon to populate date
- Assign the employee from the Unselected Employee column to the Selected Employee column by clicking on the plus sign next to the employee’s name
- If it is a recurring document, select the Recurs Every box and enter the recurring information
- Click on the Confirm button to assign the document to the employee

- If the employee(s) has a Work Email address in the platform, an email regarding the assigned document will be sent immediately after checking the box indicating to send employee notifications immediately.
You can Manage Assigned Documents through the Training Track application.
