In Training Track, you can attach course and student files to recorded offline training like the employee sign-in sheet, training materials, Certificates of Completion, and other materials related to the training.
- Select Training Track from the Applications menu in the platform navigation bar
- Select Offline Training from the History menu in the Training Track menu bar
- Click on the training title that that you would like to attach a file to
- Click on the desired completion date of the training
- To attach a file for training course:
- Click New above the files section to attach a file
- Click Select Files
- Browse your computer and find the file you would like to upload
- When the file is finished uploading, click Done
- Click Done to return to the recorded training window. The file has been attached to the training course for the selected completion date.
- To attach a file for an employee who attended the training course:
- Click on the desired employee’s name
- Click the New button to attach a new file
- Click Select Files
- Browse your computer and find the file you would like to upload
- When the file is finished uploading, click Done
- Click Done to return to the recorded training window. The file has been attached to the employee who completed the selected training course.
- When finished attaching files, Click Save & Close.
- To return to Training Track, click Done
