Employees are able to access their completed training history and download their certificates for these trainings when logged into the Employee Portal. These certificates are also available to Users with access to Training Track. For information on this, visit our article on Downloading Certificates of Completion.
- Access the portal at portal.succeedms.com.

- The employee will need their portal credentials, which include Username, Company ID, and Password. Due to the complexity of the password, it is recommended that employees copy and paste their password into the password box.
- If the employee is unable to locate their credentials in their email or does not have an email address to receive notifications, this information can be found in their employee profile. ----Navigate to Manage Employees under Administration.
- Find the employee's name, select the name, and navigate to the Login tab.

- Once you have logged in successfully to the Employee Portal, you can find the training you would like to download a certificate for under Completed Tasks, and select the Download icon
