When a task is initially assigned to an employee, it will be in English by default. Employees are able to change their assigned task's language from English to Spanish, so long as that is an available option in that training.
- Once the employee logs in to the Employee Portal, they will select the language they wish to have their trainings appear in from the selector shown here:

- When this selection is made, trainings must be reset in order to have the language converted. The employee will be notified of this and asked to confirm before the change is made. Future assigned training will also be assigned in that language, so long as that is an option the training has available.
