If you are having issues with the playback of any of our training videos, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure that the browser is supported and up-to-date;
Chrome
Internet Explorer (10 and 11)
Firefox
Safari
2. You may need to update Adobe Flash Player, which is needed for the video playback.
3. If you are still having trouble at this point, ensure that your internet connection is active and strong. If possible, move to a wired internet source.
4. Make sure background programs have been closed out of, as this will free up resources the video playback may require.
