Welcome to Behavior Based Safety (BBS) Track!
BBS Track is designed to assist organizations in building and managing their job hazard analyses (JHA) and performing safety observations in order to build an effective behavior-based safety (BBS) program.
Getting Started with BBS Track
This section will help guide you through the steps and best practices to set up and begin using the BBS Track application. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please feel free to contact technical support at software.support@succeedms.com or using the Support option under the 'Question mark' icon at the top-right corner of the RMC dashboard.
Job hazard analyses (JHAs) are associated with Jobs in your account, which are shared between three applications: Job Description Track, BBS Track, and Safety Observation Track. You can create jobs on-the-fly. Existing jobs can be managed by selecting the Manage Jobs page from the Administration menu.
Step 1: Create a JHA
You can either create a new job hazard analysis from scratch, or copy examples from the JHA Library into new hazard analysis. You can also copy steps from the JHA Library into an existing hazard analysis.
*Note that the listed Jobs you see as available options also have had a Job Description created for them. Once you have made a Job description, you will be able to create a JHA for that job.
Step 2: Use a JHA
You can download a copy of a hazard analysis from BBS Track using these steps or perform an online safety observation in Safety Observation Track.
