Can I move employees and their training records to another site?

An employee record can only be associated with one site at a time. You can create a record for the employee in each site, but training records will not automatically sync between the two versions of the employee.

To sync training records:

Export Training Records

1. Select Training Track from the Applications menu in the platform navigation bar
2. Select Default Reports from the Reports menu in the Training Track navigation bar
3. Select Training Records by Employee from the dropdown menu
4. Select the desired Site and Employee
5. Click Download to generate the report

Import Training Records

1. Select the desired site from the Current Site link in the top-left of the page
2. Select Import Data from the Setup menu in the Training Track navigation bar
3. Click Select File and browse to, or drag-and-drop the previously generated report
4. Click Import to upload the employee's training history
