An employee record can only be associated with one site at a time. You can create a record for the employee in each site, but training records will not automatically sync between the two versions of the employee.
To sync training records:
Export Training Records
- Select Training Track from the Applications menu in the platform navigation bar
- Select Default Reports from the Reports menu in the Training Track navigation bar
- Select Training Records by Employee from the dropdown menu
- Select the desired Site and Employee
- Click Download to generate the report
Import Training Records
- Select the desired site from the Current Site link in the top-left of the page
- Select Import Data from the Setup menu in the Training Track navigation bar
- Click Select File and browse to, or drag-and-drop the previously generated report
- Click Import to upload the employee's training history
