Download Job Description with Physician Approval Page – Succeed Software Support

Select Applications from the menu bar
Select Job Description Track
Click Download from the menu bar
Select the Job from the drop-down menu
Select the Job Description from the drop-down menu
To include empty sections in the report, select either Yes or No under Include empty sections
Select Yes under Include Physical Approval Page
Select the year the incident occurred from the drop-down menu under Year
Select the incident related to the modified job description from the drop-down menu under Incident
Click the Download button
Once downloaded, click on the document to open, view, and print if needed
