Click the Clone icon next to the name of the job description
Enter in a different name for the modified duty job description in the Job Description Name field then continue to make necessary modifications in the General sections
Click Save and Continue
Make the necessary modifications in the Duties, Qualifications, Physical Demands, and Conditions sections if needed
The information entered in these sections automatically saves
When you done with each section, click close
If you would like to download a report of the modified duty job description, click Download
next to the name of the job description
