OSHA Reports |Lag Report | Claim Notes Report
Several reports are included in Incident Track to help you manage incident data for your organization.
OSHA Reports
These reports will include data from all work related illnesses and injuries that have been marked as OSHA Recordable.
- Select Incident Track from the Applications menu in the platform navigation bar
- Click Reports under the Incident Track menu and select OSHA Reports
- Select the desired OSHA report from the dropdown menu
- Select the Year to report on
- OSHA 300 Log
- Optionally filter by site or location
- If desired, check the box to omit employee names from the report
- Click the Print button to download the report in PDF format
- OSHA 300A Summary
- Optionally filter by site or location
- If desired, check the box to “hide affected employee’s name” from the report
- Enter additional information about your organization. Industry Description, Number of Employees, and Total Hours Worked are required
- Click the Save button to save the information
- This information will automatically be saved the first time entered for all future reports you may run.
- Click the Print button to download the report in PDF format
- OSHA 301 Form
- Optionally filter by site or location
- If desired, check the box to omit employee names from the report
- Enter the Name, Title, and Phone number of the report preparer
- Click the Update button to download the report in PDF format
- Check the box next to each incident to include in the report
- Click the Export button
- TCIR & Dart
- If desired, check the box to “hide affected employee’s name” from the report
- Click the Print button to download the report in PDF format
- OSHA 300 Log
Lag Report
Lag time is calculated as the period between when an incident occurred and when the claim was reported to the carrier as indicated in the Date Recorded field in the Additional Information tab of an incident record.
- Select Incident Track from the Applications menu in the platform navigation bar
- Click Reports in the Incident Track navigation bar and select Lag Report
- The report includes all sites by default. Click Advanced next to the Search box to filter by date range, site, status, location, or employee
- The report can be sorted by any column in the Incident Track list view by clicking on the column’s name/header
- Click the Graph button in the upper-right to display a pie chart of the report data
- Click the Export button to download the report in Excel format
Claim Notes Report
The Claims Notes report provides an overview and quick access to incidents which include claim notes.
- Select Incident Track from the Applications menu in the platform navigation bar
- Click Reports in the Incident Track navigation bar and select Claim Notes
- Incidents can be edited by clicking the link in the Incident ID column
- The number of notes associated with an incident is listed in the Notes column
- Click the Export button to download the report in Excel format
- The exported document will include note text and note categories
