Add or Edit Users | Assign Users to Sites
Create additional users in your account and control their access to sites and applications.
Add, Archive, or Edit Users
- Select Manage Users from the Administration menu
- Click the Add button in the upper-right to add a user to your account
- Enter the required information: Name and Email Address
- Assign the user to a site by selecting the Assign button
- Select the desired site to assign the user to from the Site drop-down menu
- Select the desired role for the user at that site from the Role drop-down menu
- Select Save & Close
- *Assigning a user with the default Administrator role will automatically assign the user to all sites with the Administrator role.
- Repeat the process to assign the user to additional sites
- *You must assign the user to at least one site
- Once you have finished assigning the desired sites/roles to the user, select Save & Close
- A registration email will be sent to the user immediately. The email will include a registration link that the user can select to register and create their own username and password.
- A checkmark will appear in the “Pending” column of the users grid until the user completes registration.
- In order to Resend the registration email to a user who has not completed registration, select the user’s name. From the user profile, check the box next to “Resend Registration Email” and select Save & Close.
- To archive an existing user: Click an existing user's name then click the Archive button in the upper-right to archive a user.
Assign Users to Sites
- Select Manage Users from the Administration menu
- Click the desired user’s name to open the user profile
- Select the Assign button
- Select the desired site to assign the user to from the Site drop-down menu
- Select the desired role for the user at that site from the Role drop-down menu
- Select Save & Close
- Repeat the process to assign the user to additional sites *You must assign the user to at least one site
- Once you have finished assigning the desired sites/roles to the user, select Save & Close
Log-in as a User
- Select Manage Users from the Administration menu
- Click the desired user’s name to open the user’s profile
- Click the Login icon in the desired site’s row
- Click the User dropdown in the top-right and select Return to end the logged-in-as session
Please note that all users will need to be approved by Zenith before they become active in the system.
